Our Story
Founded in 1978, Sapna entered the market as a natural latex rubber foam manufacturer at a time when dependable foam in India was scarce. Across the next five decades we grew with discipline — adding finished mattresses and pillows, building our own polyurethane (PU) foam capacity, investing in CNC cutting and PU moulding, extending into hospitality accessories, and launching a family of dedicated brands for every segment of the market.
Built and run across three generations, Sapna today manufactures from raw foam to finished product entirely in-house. That integration is our greatest strength — it lets us hold quality, customise to precise requirements, meet demanding bulk timelines, and serve a single family or a nationwide government tender with the same reliability.

Sapna begins manufacturing natural latex rubber foam — the foundation of everything that followed.
1998 — Mattresses & Pillows
Expanded into finished mattress and pillow manufacturing, taking Sapna direct to homes and businesses.
2005 — PU Foam Production
Added in-house polyurethane (PU) foam manufacturing — unlocking custom grades, densities and industrial bulk supply.
2012 — Accessories Range
Introduced hotel linen, mattress covers and specialty-shape pillows for complete institutional fit-outs.
2014 — A Family of Brands
