All three tiers are cold-moulded to your tool for net-shape contours and a finished surface — they differ in feel, resilience and cost so you place quality exactly where it earns its keep. Specify Silver Deluxe for visible, premium-feel seating, Standard for everyday production where balance matters, and Eco for high-volume, price-led parts. Each is available in four hardness grades — ES (Extra Soft), S (Soft), M (Medium) and H (Hard) — to tune the feel of every component. Supplied to your drawings and tooling, with the tier and hardness chosen against each part's target cost. ISO 9001:2015 certified; GST invoice; pan-India delivery.
